Groundbreaking ceremony of 'Rafsan-Sananda-Munnujan Tower by BCL' held in Bogura

The ground-breaking ceremony for the modern residential project "Rafsan-Sananda-Munnujan Tower by BCL" was held on Thursday morning in a festive atmosphere in the area adjacent to Sheujgari Agriculture Farm on Carmichael Road in Bogura city. BCL Property Development, a sister concern of the BCL Group established under the initiative of TMSS founder, eminent educationist, and social worker Professor Dr. Hosne Ara Begum, is constructing this state-of-the-art 9-storey luxury residential building.

The welcome speech at the event was given by Lion Engineer Md. Habibur Rahman, Chief Engineer, Director of TMSS, and Chief Executive Officer of BCL Property Development. He said the project is being built with an earthquake-resilient design, following modern architecture and BNBC-2020 standards. The building will have a total of 51 luxury apartments ranging from 1350 to 1700 square feet, extensive car parking in the basement and ground floor, 24-hour electricity, lifts, generators, and its own security system. The rooftop will feature modern amenities including a community hall, a decorated garden, seating areas, and a kids' zone.

The chief guest present at the event was the landowner of the project and former President of Bogura District BNP, VP Saiful Islam. Also present were the former Special Assistant for Education to the Honorable Chief Advisor and former Vice-Chancellor of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology Professor Dr. M Aminul Islam; TMSS Deputy Executive Director-2 Rotarian Dr. Md. Matiur Rahman; TMSS Deputy Executive Director and BCL Group Additional Managing Director-1 Sarwar Mohammad; Managing Director of Independent Hospital Anisur Rahman; along with other senior officials of BCL and TMSS.

At this time, customers of BCL Property Development's ongoing and previously handed-over buildings expressed their satisfaction. The dua and munajat were conducted by Alhaj Maulana Md. Abdur Rahman Pir Saheb, Chairman of the TMSS Religious Complex.
