Later, the medicine cartons recovered from that house were taken to the Union Parishad office. Speaking to the local people on the ground, Rosie Akhter, the Community Healthcare Provider (CHCP) in charge of the Domonmara Community Clinic, stores the clinic's medicines in her own house and sells them to outsiders. For a long time these free medicines are being sold without distribution to the public Some local people complain. Again, most of the people say that medicine used to be taken at 2 rupees earlier and now it is taken at 5 rupees but it is distributed free to the poor.
CHCP Rosie Akhter said, the medicines were not kept there for sale. On rainy days, the driver brought medicines from the hospital and kept them in that house.
