13 teenagers received bicycles as gifts for performing prayers in congregation for 40 consecutive days.

During the holy month of Ramadan, 13 children and adolescents received bicycles as gifts for continuously offering prayers in congregation for 40 days. The award distribution ceremony was organized by the Noor Foundation and expatriate youth society in Panchkitta village of Mokam Union, Burichang Upazila. On Friday (May 2), a total of 42 participants, including the 13 children and teens who took part in the competition, were awarded at the Panchkitta Government Primary School grounds. The contestants, aged between 6 and 14 years, were rewarded—11 received study tables, 12 got dinner sets, while others were given Punjabi dresses and copies of the Holy Quran.
In his presidential speech, Maulana Faruq Ahmed, a teacher at Moynamati Darus Sunnat Alim Madrasa, Khatib of Panchkitta Jame Mosque, and Islamic thinker, said, "Such initiatives will beautify any society. Children will learn the true message of Islam and become more respectful toward their parents. Alongside family, social encouragement will help children develop good character." Young entrepreneur Rakibul Hasan Bhuiyan of Noor Foundation stated, "The purpose of organizing the 'Good Character Competition' during Ramadan was so that children could appreciate the beauty of Islam and grow up to be ideal members of society."
Also present at the award ceremony were former Union Parishad member of Ward No. 9 Abu Hanif, Abdur Rashid, Abdul Haq Member, Abdul Matin, Abdur Rob, Noor Foundation’s Vice President Maulana Safiullah, General Secretary Faruq Hossain Bhuiyan, along with all foundation members, guardians, and local dignitaries.
