In the triennial election-2025 of the Chatmohar Business Association in Pabna, Mokhlesur Rahman Bidyut was elected as the President, and Sheikh Md. Ziarul Haque Sinto was elected as the General Secretary. The voting took place in a festive atmosphere from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM without any interruptions on Saturday, February 22. The peaceful voting was conducted at Chatmohar Pilot Girls' High School from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The results were announced by the election commission of the business association around 10:00 PM after the vote counting. Present at the time were Manjurul Alam, the acting officer of Chatmohar Police Station, Election Commission Chairman MA Zinnah, members Rokibul Rahman Tukun, Abdur Razzak, Saiful Islam, and Roni Roy.

According to the announced results, Mokhlesur Rahman Bidyut was elected as President with 597 votes under the pineapple symbol. His closest rival, Saiful Islam, received 394 votes under the inkpot and pen symbol. For the Vice President position, Alhajj Md. Mozammel Haque was elected with 631 votes under the tube-well symbol, while his closest rival, Bishwajit Joardar Mithun, received 309 votes under the deer symbol. Sheikh Md. Ziarul Haque Sinto was elected as General Secretary with 611 votes under the wall clock symbol, and his closest rival, Md. Abdul Motalib, received 356 votes under the rooster symbol. Md. Enamul Haque won the position of Joint General Secretary with 361 votes, while his closest rival, Gautam Kumar Kundu, received 352 votes under the helicopter symbol. Another candidate, Mosharaf Hossain, received 176 votes under the cricket bat symbol.

For the position of Organizing Secretary, Mamunur Rashid was elected with 578 votes under the lotus symbol, while his closest rival, Amirul Islam, received 275 votes under the train symbol. Jahidul Islam Sagar was elected as Treasurer with 330 votes under the football symbol, while his closest rival, Shambhunath Roy, received 285 votes under the telephone symbol. Another candidate, Sudam Datta, received 236 votes under the peacock symbol. Nazrul Islam was elected as Publicity Secretary with 508 votes under the pitcher symbol, while his closest rival, Ashraful Islam, received 395 votes under the microphone symbol. Nurul Islam was elected as Commerce Secretary with 465 votes under the swan symbol, while his closest rival, Shariful Islam, received 391 votes under the racket symbol.

For the two Executive Member positions, Abdul Baten was elected with 504 votes under the bulb symbol, and Bakul Hossain was elected with 541 votes under the glasses symbol. Another candidate, Saiful Islam, received 418 votes under the jug symbol. Additionally, two candidates were elected unopposed: Noor Mohammad Rantu as Office Secretary and Rabiul Islam as Social Welfare Secretary. Out of a total of 1,259 voters, 1,022 cast their votes, resulting in a voter turnout of 81%. Voting was conducted at four booths, and 21 candidates contested for 12 positions. To ensure a disciplined, fair, and peaceful election, one Presiding Officer, four Assistant Presiding Officers, and eight Polling Officers were appointed.

Regarding the election, MA Zinnah, Chairman of the Business Association Election Commission, said, "With the cooperation of the candidates, voters, and everyone involved, it was possible to conduct this election fairly. To avoid any kind of malpractice, CC cameras were installed at the voting centers. Police and Ansar members were deployed for security. I believe this election will serve as a model for any future elections." Professor SM Maniruzzaman Akash, President of Greenpeace Bangladesh, Pabna District Branch, said, "If there is goodwill, it is possible to conduct an acceptable election with sincerity! The Chatmohar Business Association Election-2025 is a shining example of this. We can learn from it. We thank the Presiding Officer, four Assistant Presiding Officers, and eight Polling Officers for performing their duties properly."
