A joint meeting between BRDB and TMSS was held in Bogura.

An important meeting was held yesterday to enhance mutual cooperation in training and capacity-building activities between the Bangladesh Rural Development Board (BRDB) and TMSS. The meeting took place at the Mom Inn, a five-star hotel of TMSS in Bogura. The chief guest at the meeting was BRDB's Director General and Additional Secretary, Sardar Keramat Ali. Also present were eminent educationist, social worker, Director of Ansar-VDP Unnayan Bank, and the Executive Director of the top-tier international standard private development organization TMSS, Professor Dr. Hosne Ara Begum. The meeting featured detailed discussions on the potential for future mutual cooperation in training and capacity-building activities. Both parties agreed that BRDB and TMSS would open new horizons for working jointly with development partner organizations. For this purpose, a delegation from BRDB will soon visit the overall activities conducted under TMSS in Bogura to gain experience in working jointly. The TMSS side stated that the organization wishes to reinstate its previous cooperation with BRDB, as TMSS has worked closely with BRDB since its inception. They acknowledged BRDB's glorious role in rural development and poverty alleviation. Representatives from both organizations expressed hope at the meeting that this new cooperation would make the country's rural development activities more dynamic and fruitful. Senior officials of TMSS and the Executive Director's Personal Secretary, overall Md. Ferdous Rahman, among others, were present at this time.
