BGB seizes ownerless Indian buffaloes worth 3 lakh taka in special operation at Naogaon's Porsha Nitpur border

A Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) special patrol has seized two ownerless Indian buffaloes at the Nitpur border in Porsha, Naogaon. Based on information from RIB/SIP and civil sources, the two Indian buffaloes were seized from inside the Manoharpur-Hatikhocha mango orchard, approximately 4 km inside Bangladesh from Border Main Pillar 229 of Nitpur BOP, under Naogaon Battalion (16 BGB), at 10 PM on Saturday night.
The operation was led by Subedar Md. Mahfuzur Rahman of Nitpur BOP. The estimated value of the seized buffaloes is 3 lakh taka. Subedar Md. Mahfuzur Rahman confirmed that the seized Indian buffaloes will be handed over to customs.
