The Bangladesh Police Departmental Promotion Examination was held at the Narail Police Lines Parade Ground. The departmental promotion examination for 2025 for subordinate officers/employees of the Bangladesh Police was held at the Narail Police Lines Parade Ground. The turnout of participating police members for promotion from Constable to Naik Constable, ASI to TS, Naik to ASI (Armed), and ASI (Armed) to SI (Armed), along with the analysis of their service records, interviews, and parade tests, were conducted.

Under the chairmanship of Narail District Police Superintendent Mohammad Rabiul Islam, and with the members of the 2025 Departmental Promotion Examination Board, the turnout of participating police members, analysis of service records, interviews, and parade tests were conducted. Present at the time as members of the examination board were Noor-e-Alam Siddiqui, Additional Police Superintendent (Admin & Finance), Narail; Shah Siblie Sadik, Additional Police Superintendent (Admin & Finance), Magura; and BM Shahadat Hossain, RI, Police Lines, Narail, along with all the candidates participating in the departmental promotion examination.
