A views-exchange meeting was held between Kazi Rawnakul Islam Shrabon, the candidate nominated by the BNP with the Sheaf of Paddy symbol for the Jessore-6 Keshabpur constituency in the upcoming national parliament election, and the leaders of the Upazila Volunteer Team. This views-exchange meeting was held on Thursday afternoon (20th November) at the Upazila Primary Teachers' Association auditorium in the municipal town, organized by the Upazila and Municipal Volunteer Teams. Speaking as the chief guest at the views-exchange meeting was Kazi Rawnakul Islam Shrabon, the Sheaf of Paddy nominated candidate, member of the BNP's central executive committee, and former president of the Central Chhatra Dal.

Presided over by the Convener of the Upazila Volunteer Team, Samsul Alam Bulbul, the main speaker at the meeting was Jahangir Hossain Palash, Convener of the Municipal Volunteer Team. Special guest speeches were given by: Alhaj Abdus Samad Biswas, President of the Municipal BNP and former Mayor; Mashiur Rahman, Vice-President of the Upazila BNP and former Councilor; Professor Alauddin Ala, Vice-President of the Upazila BNP and Chairman of Sadar Union Parishad; Masuduzzaman Masud; Organizing Secretary Humayun Kabir Suman; Faruqi Azam, Vice-President of Municipal BNP; Abdul Halim Atul, Joint General Secretary; and Fariduzzaman Farid, Joint Convener of Jessore District Chhatra Dal.

Among others, speeches were also given by: Hafizur Rahman, Senior Joint Convener of the Upazila Volunteer Team; Joint Conveners Almgir Hossain, Shafiqul Islam Sweet, Tipu Sultan, and others. The event was jointly conducted by Al Amin, Joint Convener of the Upazila Volunteer Team, and Iqbal Hossain, Member Secretary of the Municipal Volunteer Team. Also present were Shah Alam, Joint Convener of the Municipal Volunteer Team, along with leaders from various levels of the volunteer teams from all 11 unions of the upazila and 9 wards of the municipality.
