An opinion exchange meeting titled "Measures to Control Battery-Operated Vehicles in Dinajpur" has been held.

A special opinion-exchange meeting on controlling battery-operated three-wheelers in Dinajpur municipality was held at the conference room (Kanchan-1) of the Dinajpur District Administrator's Office. The honorable District Administrator of Dinajpur district, Mr. Md. Rafiqul Islam, was present as the chief guest at the meeting. The honorable Police Superintendent of Dinajpur district, Mr. Md. Marufat Hossain, was present as a special guest at the meeting.

In his speech, the Police Superintendent said, "Auto-rickshaws are an extremely important vehicle in our daily lives. It is considered an easy, fast, and affordable medium of transportation for common people. However, the number of auto-rickshaws has increased excessively at present, resulting in increased traffic congestion and public suffering in the city. Therefore, an important responsibility for all of us is to ensure the proper use of these vehicles and reduce public suffering through smooth control. For this, the police, administration, passengers, and vehicle drivers must all be collectively aware and ensure the proper use of vehicles, so that auto-rickshaws remain a facility and do not create obstacles in city traffic."
