A young man named Ayub Ali Khan (35) was seriously injured due to a dispute related to land in Keshavpur. He is currently under treatment at Keshavpur Upazila Health Complex. The incident happened on Tuesday (May 21) afternoon in Kabilpur village of the upazila. Qayem Ali Khan, the injured's elder brother, has filed a written complaint with the police station against neighbors Hazrat Ali Khan and his wife Rexna Khatun and Kamrul Khan and his wife Asma Begum.
According to the police complaint and family sources, Hazrat Ali Khan and Kamrul Khan (50) son of Nowsher Ali Khan of the same village have been in dispute for a long time with Qayem Ali Khan (45) son of Taher Ali Khan of Kabilpur village of the upazila. As a result of that dispute, opponents Hazrat Ali Khan and Kamrul Khan cut banana trees from Qayem Ali's land on Tuesday (21 May) afternoon. At that time Ayub Ali Khan was the younger brother of Qayyim Ali When his wife Chhaira Begum protested, Ayub Ali was brutally beaten with an iron chawl in his hand, and Ayub Ali suffered severe bloody injuries on his forehead with bruises and cuts on his forehead.
At that time, Qayem Ali's wife Chalma Begum (35) came forward and beat her and tried to molest Ayub Ali's wife by pulling her clothes. Later, the miscreants left the scene after abusing in obscene language and threatening various forms of threats and openly threatening to kill them. Later, the family members quickly rescued Ayub Ali with serious bloody injuries Keshavpur Upazila Health Complex admitted. Before that, they have been torturing and beating the family many times.
In this regard, Zahirul Alam, officer in charge of Keshabpur police station, said that a written complaint has been filed with the police station in the case of a person who was seriously injured in a fight due to a land dispute. The matter will be investigated and legal action will be taken.
